This assignment has to be INNOVATION Focus. INNOVATION always started as invention (not need to be new to the world, but something new to the market) and it is considered successful innovation when there is commercial value to buyers and themselves.

You have to identity which INNOVATION the selected airlines invented (the first to introduce or used or invent to ASIA Market) and provide the outcome of it, meaning to discuss the success factors, the value created for buyers and themselves, provide with citation and example in detailed.

This assignment is referring to Singapore Airlines in ASIA Market, and versus Cathy Pacific. You need to focus on what did the company INNOVATE (NEW) within Asia. Compare both companies and analyse WHY they are successful in the INNOVATION mentioned, HOW they are successful and what VALUE does it bring to buyers and themselves.
