Strategic management is the set of decisions and actions used to formulate and implement specific strategies that are aligned with the organization's capabilities and its environment, so as to achieve organizational goals. Being able to analyze the internal and external environment is an important element of strategic leadership. This analysis is referred to as SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). You will have the chance to perform a SWOT analysis and discuss it with your classmates.
