PART 1- APA FORMAT

Read each of the scenarios below each in a respective conversation thread. Select ONE to participate in this week. There are to be NO MORE THAN six "initial" posts in each discussion. Locate articles that are different from your groups' posts. Within your group, hold a robust conversation about the topic. Visit the other scenarios and contribute to those conversations, as well.

Using the school Library, locate and read a quality article at is two pages or longer on the scenario topic. In your post, answer the following questions:

1) What is the issue?

2) Tell us about it as if we know nothing on the topic.What are the pros and cons of the issue?

3) Should we care about it?

Why or why not?

4) How might the issue impact you in reality?

5) What does your article add to the discussion? (sum up the article, and list it as a source in your post to the best of your ability)"

PART 2: APA FORMAT- 300 WORDS

Does marketing reflect the needs and wants of consumers or does marketing shape consumer needs and wants? Please answer this in 300 words or more.

ADVICE: Defend your answer by providing appropriate resource and research data. Don't just state your opinion, but back it up through credible sources such as our text or other publications and expert opinion. Make sure you use the APA style of sourcing and citations both inside your written text and after in a Reference section.

PART 3- APA FORMAT- less than one page

Please submit a brief proposal (less than one page) describing your topic for your Marketing plan. Keep in mind your final paper is an 8-15 page marketing plan for a product or service of your choice. I expect your paper to be well researched, clearly written, well organized and generally reflective of graduate level academic work.

This proposal must be in 6th edition APA format.

(Please note there is no specific form for a marketing plan proposal, so structure it like a typical APA formatted paper including a proper title and reference page)
