Assignment

So for this home work, I want you to take a song you like and break it down into the various elements and describe how they are used in the song and how they work together to make a complete musical experience. Basically you need to consider three things: what does the song give you, how does it make you feel and how do the various musical elements help create that feeling?

You don't have to be too technical here. Describe what you hear the way you hear it. Try to use the concepts of melody, rhythm, harmony, etc.
