Do you feel the organization would be a good fit for you based on what you learned through the Williams assessment? Why or why not?

If you are not familiar with an organization that utilizes substitutes for leadership, research organizations that use substitutes for leadership through the University Library. Explain how the substitutes for leadership functions.

 DQ 3: Recommend a change in the workplace where you currently work or a workplace that you are familiar with, a change that would empower employees while improving the dynamics of the workplace.
