Competition happens in all types of business, including health promotion programs. Part of the implementation process includes formative research for marketing purposes. What type of questions should you, as the planner, use in your formative research? What is your reasoning behind the questions you chose to use for your marketing purposes?

Discussion: In this unit, we discussed marketing and branding. Why do you think branding is important? View the sample program names on page 334 of your textbook, and choose one or two to discuss and compare. Why do you feel these names work, or do they not work for you?
