2. Using the information in the e-textbook (e.g. attribution theory, perception and perceptual biases, stress, personality, attitudes, etc.) EXPLAIN the behavior that you chose from #1 above.

3. Does the explanation you give in #2 excuse the dysfunctional behavior you identified in #1? Why or why not?
