You are the HR Generalist for a small hospital facility in Wikieup, AZ. After reading this article, you decide it is time to initiate a few changes in your organization. Your nurses are constantly in conflict and your provider staff members (the doctors) are extremely disrespectful and mean to support staff (including you!). Errors in patient care are on the rise, turnover is double the industry average, and it is difficult to attract replacement or additional talent, given your rural location.
