Building on the presentation you made at the company leadership meeting on learning organizations, you've now been asked to make another presentation, only this time it will focus on leadership and high-performance teams. Your task is to explain why emphasis in leadership strategy is being increasingly focused on high performance teams, what are the leadership implications, what issues must be addressed, and how does the leader build high performance teams that produce high performance outcomes that are sustainable. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for your meeting and include the following components:

1. Define high performance teams. Why are they important to enterprise success in today's hyper-competitive environment?

2. Discuss the special challenges using this strategy presents to enterprise leaders that include:

a. Selecting the right people
b. Aligning team goals with enterprise objectives
c. Empowering teams with enhanced decision-making authority
d. Promoting new levels of collaboration
e. Developing realistic and appropriate accountability mechanisms
f. Developing effective conflict resolution methods
g. Other important considerations.

3. List the potential benefits are available to the enterprise by executing this strategy.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12 full slides (with separate title and reference slides)

Minimum Notes Length: 100 words MINIMUM for each slide

Your synthesis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
