Apply the research from #3 as a starting point, and prepare a PowerPoint presentation to recommend proper governance methods for entering an international market for senior leadership. You may use a specific country and company/product to further support your presentation. Be sure to indicate what regulations may need to be followed at the domestic and international levels, from governmental to company specific. Conclude your presentation by demonstrating how following these guidelines will improve the firm's competitive stance in the market place. You are welcome to select the type of slides, text, and media that will best support your overall thesis statement, main points, and concluding comments.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least five additional scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)

Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate.
