1) Write an essay based on an in-depth literature research with max. 1.200 words on the following topic "Challenges of business leaders and HR managers when managing the 21st century workforce".
2) List the main challenges business leaders and HR managers will face when managing the 21st century workforce. Describe each challenge with one short (!) sentence. (max. number of words for instruction 1) 300 words)
3) Choose 2-3 different challenges and explain their relevance in more detail. What kind of impact do these challenges have on HR, rsp. on its different functions, such as HR marketing, recruiting, training & development, leadership and motivation, compensation and benefits etc.
(Attention: please do not work on more than two of these functions!).
