Assignment
In Research Paper 3 there will be three parts. First, you will write an essay in which you argue in favor of the same public policy/legislation that you wrote about in the first paper. Second, you will write an essay in opposition to the same public policy.
Each of these essays should be approximately two pages in length. The third part is where you state which position you believe is the right one. This should be approximately one-half to one page - just a few paragraphs. Submit these as a single document, but clearly distinguish between the for and against essays.
The paper should be not less than three pages and not longer than four pages, double-spaced.
