I would like you to put Marshall Goldsmith's Feed Forward Coaching Process to work. Choose something - personal or professional that you would like to get better at - ask your classmates for suggestions, say thank you, and once you get at least 5 responses from your peers, reflect on their suggestions. Where they helpful?

I want to be better in playing soccer . this is my goal.

This is as example how to write this assignment:-

I want to work on being more adventurous. Often times, I get comfortable and have to convince myself to take a leap of faith. What are ways to be more adventurous or ways to force myself out of my comfort zones?

The following are the suggestions I received for reaching my goal of being more adventurous.

Be spontaneous

Join more clubs

Go Ziplining

Ask someone out 1 time a week

Commit! Make an RSVP or pre-purchase a ticket

Overview: For the most part, I think the feedback was helpful. It would be better if the suggestions were more detailed or the individuals knew more about me. If someone knows you well, then they have the opportunity to know what things you are already doing or have done to improve oneself, so that would not be a suggestion given. Overall, I enjoyed the exercise and it is nice to receive unbiased suggestions or suggestions that mean absolutely no harm. In other words, the feedback was used to be positive in every way and that is somthing that doesn't always happen with suggestions.
