The part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that identifies employer responsibilities in relation to care intends to provide individuals with better control over how their healthcare dollars are spent and provide care to more Americans. However, the question whether this will be accomplished, as well as the burden the law puts on employers, is greatly debated.

In this assignment, you will explore healthcare reform as it pertains to employers.

Research the part of healthcare reform (included in the ACA) that directly impacts employers, including a review of the actual act. Write a 3-5-page paper analyzing the law, including changes that will be required by employers in the future, on the basis of the current law.
