Guided Journaling, Part One -

(1) Your current self: what key competencies and accomplishments have you already realized in the journey of your life and work?

(2) Your emerging self: what other interests and talents do you have that you are passionate about but you have not fully developed? What are some ideas you maybe want to try out or focus on for the next stage of your journey?

(3) the crack: where have you noticed a breakdown or breakthrough experience that allowed you for a brief moment to become aware of a deeper aspect or challenge or edge of your life and where you want to go?

Guided journal should be 2-3 pages, double spaced, include reference citations with proper APA, and include a cover page. Since the journal is reflective in nature, the use of first person is acceptable, however, this should still be formal scholarly writing.
