Each case is unique - some with built-in "dilemmas" to be resolved. Issues to be covered will vary from case to case and include all of the following:

2. Detailed Statement of Purpose of the firm's in the selected country/ies

3. Management strategic planning to include its "intent, formulation, implementation, and ?control

4. Vision, mission, future accomplishments

5. The industry overview

7. Customers and market segments

8. Porter's 5 analysis for the industry, including Suppliers, Barriers, etc.

9. Personnel [Who are the key people and their qualifications]

10. Current update-if needed

11. Fiscal constraints for the company such as limitation on profit repatriation, double ?taxation, nationalization's risk

12. Trade environment (major exports/imports, main trading partners, regional economic ?integration, tariff and trade barriers, government incentives for conducting business ?there)

13. Cultural analysis (cultural determinants, cultural dimensions, norms, and religious ?beliefs)

14. Roadblocks to management strategy implementation for further expansion

15. SWOT for the company in question

16. Strategic recommendations naturally flowing from SWOT.
