Discuss the ethical dilemmas surrounding the non-traditional first-ever press conference July 5, 2016, whereas Director Comey addressed the public on an ongoing federal investigation and "decided" not to prosecute presidential candidate Hillary Clinton shortly before the election. Articulate the myriad of ethical dilemmas involved in these press conferences, Comey's testimony to Congress on July 7, 2016, and Comey's October 28, 2016 letter to Congress concerning his earlier testimony. DUE THURSDAY 9PM MINIMUM 2-3 PAGES, NOT TO INCLUDE YOUR TITLE PAGE, ABSTRACT, AND REFERENCES.

SECOND ASSIGNMENT/DISCUSSION BOARD:

Discuss the politicization of parole agencies as described by Friel. What are the main reasons for that state as opposed to other agencies of criminal justice?

Discuss and explain Aristotle's phrase, "excellence is not an act, it is a habit." How can this assist in the conduct of criminal justice today?
