Analyze the Case Study from the textbook (Denhardt, Denhardt, & Aristigueta, 2013, pp. 185-187), "SOS in DHS: A Problem of Motivation." Then, answer the five questions at the end of the Case Study.
Summarize the answers for the Case Study in essay format with a minimum of 600 words. Format your response using APA style. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.
For this assignment, you will need to read and analyze the Case Study from the textbook (Denhardt, Denhardt, & Aristigueta, 2013, pp. 267-268), "Politics and MBO: A Case Study." Then, respond to the three questions at the end of the Case Study.

Refer to content in Chapter 8, as well as research from your own external sources, and prepare a summary that analyzes the concepts and application of power in literature from 2000 to the present and determine to what percentage or degree the French and Raven (1959/1989) bases of power concepts continue to be represented in the literature directly or indirectly. Next, choose a public organization and determine to what degree French and Raven's (1959/1989) bases of power concepts are evident or are not evident in the leadership description and structures of the organization you chose. This measurement should demonstrate your ability to recognize the application of foundational concepts in the literature as well as in a formal structure (organization) that you review. Please do not simply cite what is in the text but go beyond the text content and do an expanded research into content that justifies and highlights the elements discussed.
There should be three major categories within this essay:
Introduction (Brief description of the organization)
Summary and Analysis of power concepts in literature and in the organization
Conclusion based on the takeaway elements of your essay
