Why is this an important concept in terms of teamwork?

• Describe your experience working with an individual (or team) in which the person's preference would fall on the opposite end of the continuum from you. For example, you might be more inclined toward individualism, and the other person might more inclined toward collectivism. How did you work effectively with this person?
