Choose two of the major labor legislation laws enacted in the 20th century and respond to the following questions for each:

What were the major circumstances that led to the passing of the legislation?
How were employees affected by the legislation?
How were unions affected by the legislation?
How were employers affected by the legislation?
Is the law still applicable today? If not, what changes would you make?
