A needs assessment is a way to pinpoint the advantages and disadvantages along with the parts that needs to be changed or altered. Finding these points of weaknesses are very important to start off with and approaching the main reason for the bad actions. The needs assessment is a fundamental action in which is implemented to find the advantages and disadvantages within the business and to be able to follow the framework and bounds of the business. It also achieves what is considered as" a root-cause analysis" (Corbett and Redding, 2017). It also creates a change plan that outlines alterations that are thought of to aid or constructed upon advantages and fix the disadvantages. The needs assessment needs to be a component of an action of a management cycle that is ongoing in which is combined with an extended distance action target and a less extended course execution goal. It also needs to contain reservations at another stage. It also isn't a confined means or action, it needs to be included in ongoing altering actions (Corbett and Redding, 2017).

The assessment that I have chosen is the Diagnostic Assessment. This assessment delivers a comprehensive assessment that pertains to actions that is practiced for experienced advancement developing and employment assignment. It delivers a broader degree of observation compared to a superficial degree conclusion. It also allows observation of a way that a person comprehend and accepts speech at the same time as being committed in clarifying (Interpreter Education, n.d.).

The difference between the both would be that the needs assessment is built to assess the advantages (strengths) and disadvantages (weaknesses) to where the diagnostic assessment is built to assess the actions of the professionals or higher management. The diagnostic assessment is a limb of the needs assessment. The diagnostic assessment goes deeper than the needs assessment.

For a debatable instance, when administering the diagnostic assessment, in which is a popular means for advisers, professors, executives and physicians that could possibly be in assistance with health workers that are up grading their education (Interpreter Education, n.d.).
