1. Terrorist Threats in Historical Perspective

Prepare a 500-750 word essay in which you:

• Investigate four attacks (occurring on US soil or foreign soil) and provide a short paper delineating:

- The methods and motives associated with each of your selected attacks.

- Whether or not the attack could or should have been considered an act of terror along with the basis for the application of your assessment (Department of State definition, Central Intelligence Agency definition, etc.

- The stated or assessed intent of the attack.

- How motive may have differentiated from the underlying intent and whether intent or motive is a better determinant of the nature of an act as one or terror.

Your work should be a minimum of 500 words and should utilize APA formatting.

2. Developing an Organizational Philosophy and Mission Statement

Darr writes, " To transform the organization so that its culture is a living reflection of values that facilitate the mission and vision, management must know what values are present in the culture" (2011, p. 56).

Create a hypothetical organizational philosophy statement. Include a mission statement, vision statement, and core principles/values. Assignments are to be a minimum of 2 full pages of text and 3 reputable references in proper APA format.
