Your paper should include:

1- A summary of the topic (approximately three pages, double spaced)

a. discuss the current research

b. explain the importance of this topic to managers today

c. make sure your cite your research

d. DO NOT USE THE TEXTBOOK or WINKIPEDIA FOR YOUR RESEARCH!

2- Explain how this topic applies to your workplace (approximately two pages in length) *note: if you do not have work experience to relate to this particular topic, you may interview someone else, such as a relative, coworker, neighbor etc.

a. state how have you seen it work

b. discuss what were the problems

c. illustrate what were the successes

3- Your conclusion (approximately one - two pages in length)

a. explain how this topic affects you as a manager (or future manager)

b. discuss (based upon what you learned) how you will apply this information in the future

Notes:

- Each paper should be 6- 7 pages in length.

- You should cite at least three sources (other than the textbook) Different page

- Remember, I am not only looking for the relevant research, but your interpretation and application of this information.
