Prepare an analysis report on the development, Launch and disappearance of a consumer technology or the demise of certain brand. The purpose of this analysis report is to quickly identify the most obvious gaps, evaluating the Business issue. Typically each technology/ brand would suffer from one or more of these problems.

- Declining sales and losses;
- Disclosures by the parent of the brand that it might go out of business;
- Rising costs that are unlikely to be recouped through higher prices;
- Companies that are sold;
- Companies that go into bankruptcy;
- Companies that have lost the great majority of their customers; and
- Operations with withering market share.
- Political / Regulatory etc..

To make a case your report should address the following;

- Why? Was there a strategic purpose for the company to do so?
- How? Why?
- The successor ?

Instead of an essay, it is suggested that the Scope of works be spelled out point by point in language keeping in view the definition of the problem outlined.

5. Analysis : include changing market conditions

6. Reasons for Failure to act

7. Other competitors

Part B.

1- Based on your study shown of the particular topic you chose, you can now propose what can be done, to improve the service/s, technology, etc.

2- Comment and propose on what new features you think you can come up with based on your understanding.
