Assignment: Submitting a file upload Read Leadership: What People Do When They're Leading, then read how to complete and score the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), pages W-11 through W-27, and finally complete the LPI and record your Student LPI scores. For the LPI, you are asked to self-rate yourself and then find five other people to rate you. Instead of five people, only get ONE other person, a friend or your spouse, to be the LPI-observer of your actions. After you interpret your scores and compare your scores with the LPI-observer, then complete the Summary and Action-Planning Worksheets. Write a two page paper on what you learned about yourself, the interpretation of your ratings with the LPI-observer scores and what action-planning you will do to meet the leadership challenge. The assignment paper requirements are:

• two-page paper, not to include title page or references

• Times New Roman, 12pt

• double-spaced

• title page containing student name, module number and title of assignment

All sources should be cited using the American Psychological Association (APA) style and format.

Papers must be grammatically sound and free of spelling errors.
