Managers at Manage Your Health, Inc. (MYH) selected Tony Prince as the project mana= the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project. The schedule goal is six months, and the is $200,000. Tony has previous project management and systems analysis experience the company, and he is an avid sports enthusiast. Tony was starting to put the project tear together. He knew he would have to develop a survey to solicit input from all employees the new system and make sure it was user-friendly.

Recall from Chapter 4 that this system would include the-following capabilities:

• Allow employees to register for company-sponsored recreational programs, sue. soccer, softball, bowling, jogging, and walking.

• Allow employees to register for company-sponsored classes and programs to help them manage their weight, reduce stress, stop smoking, and manage other health related issues.

• Track data on employee involvement in these recreational and health-management programs.

• Offer incentives for people to join the programs and d0NEll in them (e.g., incentives for achieving weight goals, winning sports team competitions, etc.).

Assume that MYH would not need to purchase any additional hardware or software for the project

Develop a WBS for the project. Break down the work to level three or level fouras appropriate.

Use your WBS to create a Gantt chart using your choice of project management software (Microsoft Project or ProjectLibre). Do not enter any task durations or dependencies at this time. Submit your completedWBS fileand your Gantt chart fileas one document; please see the instructions below regarding how to insert your Gantt chart into your WBS fileTo add your Gantt chart to your Microsoft Worddocument containing the WBS, you will need to take a screenshot of the Gantt chart open in Microsoft Project or ProjectLibre;you will then be able to paste the screenshot into the Microsoft Word document. To capture a screenshot, simply press the "PrtSc" or "Print Screen" button in the top, right-hand corner ofyour keyboard; you can then place your cursor in the Microsoft Word document, right-click, and select "Paste" to add the screenshot of the Gantt chart at the end of the WBS. Tip: If you hold the "Alt"key down when you press "Prt Sc" or "Print Screen," it will only capture the selected window, hiding your task bar, which is particularly useful if you have more than one monitor. After pasting the screenshot into Microsoft Word,you can crop the image to your liking; however, be careful when resizing the screenshot as the text will be unreadable if too or distorted
