- Abstract
Abstractisone of the important parts of reports, research papers, and academic assignments. The abstract is often the last item that you write, but the first thing people read when they want to have a quick overview of the whole paper.I suggest you leave writing the abstract to the end, because you will have a clearerpicture of all of your work.
A good abstract should has one well-developed paragraph that is coherent and concise, and is able to stand alone as a unit of information covers all the essential academic elements of the full length paper, namely the background, purpose, focus, methods, results and conclusions contains no information not included in the paper.

- Table of Contents
The table of contents usually includes the titles of the first-level headers, and often includes second-level or section titles (A-heads), and occasionally even third-level titles (subsections or B-heads).

- Introduction
In this assignment introductionusually includes the following:
1- Case study background
2- What is the report about?

• Fact-Finding

Develop a fact-finding plan including the following:

1- Interviews

2- Documentation review

3- Observation

4- Questionnaires

5- Sampling

6- Research

Review the organizational model that mentioned in the case study. Then, list the individuals you would like to interview.Prepare a list of objectives for each of the interviews you will conduct. For example:

Student need to write a list of objectives, which explain his/her choice. etc.

Student need to prepare a list of specific questions for each individual you will interview. For example:

Kahuna Cleaning Supply is a family-run business based in New Haven, Connecticut that specializes in commercial cleaning supplies and business support products for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Only a few computerized operations are in the business. In an effort to become more efficient and profitable, the vice president, Julia Thompson, has hired a systems analyst, Robert Hanover.

Task 1:
Develop a fact-finding plan including interviews, documentation review, observation, questionnaires, sampling, and research.

Task 2:
Review the organizational model above and list the individuals you would like to interview. Prepare a list of objectives for each of the interviews you will conduct.

Task 3:
Prepare a list of specific questions for each individual you will interview.

Task 4:
Design a questionnaire that will go to a sample of Kahuna Cleaning Supply customers to find out if they were satisfied with the sales and ordering process. Your questionnaire should follow the suggestions in this chapter. Also, decide what sampling method you will use and explain the reason for your choice.

Task 5:
Presentation (cover sheet, clarity, and professionalism).
