All you need to do is- 1) Read carefully the Company discription of Industry Analysisand then 2) Read general instruction and then 3) Based on them analyze/write the assignment.

Company Description- Drive Thru Coffee Shop will be located in Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia.The shop will provide Arabic coffee which is rare to find shops provide Arabic coffee in Saudi Arabia because preparing Arabic coffee takes 25-30 minutes. However, if the shop provide huge amount of it and allowed customers to take their Arabic coffee whenever they arrive without living their cars. Because it's going to be prepared and ready to drink. They only need to add flavor such as, Arabic coffee with 1)Cardamom Arabic: Hal, Hail(Ginger Family), 2) Zofran. The price starts from 9 to 20 RS depends in the flavor and size and the type of dessert.

General information-

1. My menu is going to be: Regular Arabic coffee, Arabic coffee with Hail, and Arabic coffee with Zofran.Dessert: Dates with Tahini which is a paste made from ground. hulled sesame seeds used in North African, Greek, Iranian, Turkish, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Tahini is served as a dip on its own or as a major component of hummus, baba ghanoush, and halva. And Maamoul/Ma'amoul which are small shortbread pastries filled with dates, pistachios or walnuts.

2. Also, as the most problem with Arabic coffee is the time it takes to be in its high taste, that's going to be an advantage to the company as it's going to be prepared. And in the future the company is thinking of deliver its coffee and dates to some schools and universities.

3. The increasing of private cars, students, schools and universities are very important features that would make Arabic Coffee drive thru is successful business.
