2. HR Software Solutions Offered; and

3. Product Highlights

You will conclude your discussion by:

1. Providing a critique by recommending one of the three HRIS organizations evaluated.

2. Discussing the available software solutions a midsize organization can use to make its payroll and compensation practices more efficient and effective.

Parameters:

1. The essay must be submitted as an APA formatted assignment.
2. The essay must be 2-3 pages in length, not including the title page and reference page.
3. The essay must be typewritten in Times New Roman or Arial 12-point font, double spaced, and with 1-inch margins.
