I have to implement this change theory, and present it to my staff within my health care organization.

Assignment Instructions:

Staff Presentation

Purpose: Create a plan to present your proposed change to staff.

Directions:

For this Assignment you will create a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 10 slides for the nursing staff on how your topic (Servant Leadership Theory) will impact nursing. Pretend that you are presenting this to staff. Some questions you may ask yourself are:

What changes need to occur and why?
What ethical issues may occur and how will they be addressed?
Will the mission, values, and goals change? How and why?
How will outcomes differ? How will patient care be affected?
Think of questions you want to know if someone told you that they were changing how you work.

Be creative.

Be sure to support your ideas with at least three references.

Assignment Requirements

The finished Assignment should be a PowerPoint with at least five slides, excluding the title slide and references. The viewpoint and purpose of this Assignment should be clearly established and sustained.
