1. Describe in your own words one major conclusion of the article.

2. Explain (in your own words) why studying integrity issues in cross-cultural leadership may lead to different results, compared to integrityissues in leadership studies disregarding cross-cultural issues. (Please give at least two reasons).

3. Explain which leadership approaches, discussed during the lectures, align with at least three integrity themes identified in the article. (Please discuss at most twodifferent leadership approaches).

4. Why does the theme ‘Fair and Just', according to the article, contribute more prominently to leader integrity in the Confucian Asia cultural cluster than to leader integrity in the Anglo cultural cluster? (Please give at least two reasons).

5. The article relies heavily on the ‘coding' of the responses of by managers participating in the research. Explain what would be the conclusion of the article for leader integrity across culture cluster if only TWO themes had emerged from the research: ‘personal factors' and ‘relational factors', and these two themes were composed as follows: PERSONAL FACTORS is the average of the existing themes ‘Honest', ‘Value-behavior consistency', ‘Guided by strong personal values', ‘Word-action consistency' and ‘Openness and transparancy'; and RELATIONAL FACTORS is the average of the remaining themes in the article. 6. Explain how differences in demographic characteristics may have influenced the research outcomes. (Please specify the demographic characteristics and their influence on the outcomes).
