5. In the Body of your Research Paper begin with an Introductory Paragraph and end with a Concluding Paragraph.

6. Send in a copy of your rough draft paper.

Compare and contrast the fiscal policies of Presidents G.W. Bush and Barack. Obama. In your analysis describe the historical context of the bail-outs and the financial crisis at the end of the Bush Presidency and the beginning of the Obama Presidency.

Finally, present your own analysis of the effectiveness of the fiscal policies instituted by these two men to counteract the financial crisis which led to the Great Recession.
