• Examine the drawbacks to a nation when Mittal Steel invests. Include examples of drawbacks.

• The acquisition of Arcelor was very acrimonious, with many politicians objecting to it. Infer the basis for the objections and assess whether or not their objections were reasonable. Provide examples in regard to the basis.
