The Hospital has hired a primary care physician, Dr. Smith, to open a new ABC Neighborhood Care Center that will see patients of all ages for routine care. Dr. Smith is a Board Certified Family Practice physician who is coming from another hospital, so he has no office of his own. The Hospital has asked you to create a work team to staff the new practice and support Dr. Smith. Your biggest challenge is in selecting personalities that will blend well together to form a team. .
