Assignment: Critical Issues in the Hospitality Industry

Each student will read thefive PartlyTopic Paper articles and write two 3-4-page topic papers. Your paper will include your opinion of the Pros & Cons of the article authors point(s). You are required to source a minimum of two additional outside related articles to include in your reflection. You will cite both articles (in addition to the one provided) at the end of each of your two topic papers. Each paper will be written in Times New Roman 11.5 pt. font. Citations will be in APA formatting both in text and when listing references. Your name and title for each of the two papers will appear at the top of the first page.
