Assignment: Communication Skills

This assignment will assess the competency 11. Apply written and oral communication skills.

Directions: One of the written communication examples in the textbook is email. For this assignment you will act as a manager and compose an email communicating a new policy to your employees. Some examples you could use include: dress code policy, cell phone use, break time, personal use of computer, etc.

Then, in the same document, describe how your oral communication of this policy would be similar or different than the written policy.
