Action Steps-
Choose an organization that is of great interest to you.
Identify the major trends that will have the greatest impact on it in the next ten years.
Write a 3-5 page paper in which you do the following:
Discuss the major trends you have selected and why you selected them. You may use a couple of trends from the reading this week, but be sure to discuss a couple of trends that are not listed in that reading.
Anticipate how you expect these trends to affect your selected organization.
Determine the kinds of change-management skills and tools that may be required to address the trends.
