1.1 Brief background of the project
The purpose of the mission fire Project is to get better the structural capabilities of the Shuttle Launch Booster, a launch rocket booster used by ISRO. The problem behind the Shuttle Launch Booster exhibits fatigue failure after six years in the field - three years less than what the original design specifications called for. It was majorly problem of technical specification of the required particular material of the Shuttle Launch Booster, which is to be encountered during the project .Mr. Gary was the project manager of mission fire Project. ISRO wanted new materials that support a longer age life for the Shuttle Launch Booster.
1.2 Explanation of the project status
The mission fire Project projects deals with the activity of different departments and it was completed with the efforts of project manager and his team. Project was winded into the testing for the final verification mix and final report development. Project was completed with successfully went different testing resulting many outcomes.
1.3 Justification
The mission fire Project projects has gone through different phases. So it had vital critical analysis on different aspects like technical, ethical, financial, contractual issue etc. this project also provides the importance of the research area and project team management. Detailed work break down structure and Gantt chart will justify the assignment 2 and assignment 3.
