Synthesize what you have learned about your topic from your prior course assignments to complete an analysis of the selected problem. Write an abstract, introduction, and conclusion. Integrate all of the components and assemble them into a coherent and cohesive paper. This includes the use of proper transitions when moving from one section to another. To help create smooth transitions, you may want to look at the Capella Library's Transition Words and Phrases guide, linked in the Resources.
In your assignment, be sure to address the following critical elements that align with the grading criteria:
• Identify and discuss the impacts of diversity, ethics, and cultural competency on the decision-making process related to your selected problem.
• Evaluate the aspects of effective communication styles as applied to individual and group collaboration.
• Evaluate the concepts of collaborative and communication techniques that have affected the development of relationships, partnerships, and alliances.

Assignment Requirements
• Written communication: Written communication is free of errors that detract from the overall message.
• APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting. Include any graphics, tables, or statistical charts in the appendices (optional).
• Number of resources: Minimum of 8 peer-reviewed resources formatted following APA guidelines.
• Length of paper: At least 15 typed, double-spaced pages (excluding the cover page and references list). Include page numbers, headings, and running header.
Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12 point.
Asignment 2: Final Project Presentation

This assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation containing 12-18 slides in which you demonstrate your understanding of your selected problem and your recommendations to address the issue.
Use the speaker's notes section within the PowerPoint slides to provide all the information relevant to each slide, which you would otherwise present verbally. Each slide must have no more than 4-5 bullets and each bullet must have no more than 4-6 words. Use graphics liberally throughout the presentation, but ensure they are appropriate for the content provided. For more information on creating an effective PowerPoint presentation, review the guides in the Resources.
Make sure your presentation contains the following slides:
• Title.
• Purpose: Include the reasons for the presentation (1-2 slides).
• Conceptual Frameworks: Describe the importance of selected frameworks to the evaluation of a problem affecting public service organizations (2-3 slides).
• Ethical Practices: Describe various ethical drivers and pressures that can arise as a result of a problem within public service (2-3 slides).
• Diversity and Inclusiveness: Examine theory-related principles of diversity and inclusiveness that are applicable to a problem within public service (2-3 slides).
• Team Structuring and Functioning: Design theory-based best practices for team structuring in real situations (2-3 slides).
• Creative Solutions: Propose means of promoting creative and effective solutions to organizational challenges that can arise due to a problem within public service organizations (2-3 slides).
