Topic: Are moral principles absolute or are they simply relative to social groups or individual decisions?

You may want to consider the fuller explanations for absolute and relative moral principles below: Absolute Moral Principles are UNIVERSAL AND IMMUTABLE, i.e., unchanging and applying to all in spite of space and time (all peoples all times - no exceptions - like Kantianism).

Does everyone know that Killing( taking innocent human life) is universally wrong or does everyone have to learn it somehow? Is this knowledge universal or is it particular?

Relative Moral Principles depend on circumstances, place, person, environment, situation etc..(who, what, when, where, how..) as determining factors. So are moral principles absolute/universal or are they particular/relative to circumstances, place, person, environment, situation etc..
