Assignment : The City of London Contract Documents comprises of five sections.

Section  - Information for Tenderers (IT) provides the Contractors information needed when preparing their bids, and documents required at the time of submission, etc.

6. Would the Tenderers be able to obtain clarification during the tendering process?Please discuss.

7. Please review the IT and discuss the Exclusion of Tenderers Due to Poor Performance.

8. Would the Tenderers be able withdraw their tender after submitting their bid? Please discuss and highlight the timeline.

9. As part of the requirements at the time of execution are the bonds. Please list and define each one of them.
