Clear, concise and specific definition of project requirements with priority. Define, record and communicate the requirements - Requirement traceability?

Stakeholder analysis -

A table with stakeholders' name, contact details, organization, roles/responsibilities (how could stakeholder contribute to the project), strategy for engaging the stakeholder etc.
