• Write a paper of approximately 750 words on the following insights from your interview:
o Importance and impact of good leadership and management skills
o Key strategies used to lead and manage various types of employees
o The application of the insights learned within the following environments:
- Field of study
- Current employment
• Format your paper using the guidelines provided in the APA Style Handbook.
• Include a minimum of one source, which may consist of readings from the University Library, your text, and other selections.
