Assignment - Effect of Solid Wastes on Environmental Pollution

The improper disposal of solid wastes, resulting from several activities, can give rise to unhygienic conditions and therefore cause environmental pollution. Solid waste pollution is a global concern, and can have serious health and environmental implications such as vector-borne disease outbreaks, global warming and climate change, air pollution and can create aesthetically unpleasant conditions. Unless managed properly, solid waste pollution can prove to be extremely noxious to the environment.
