Module Project managing a diverse workplace

For the course project, you will develop a Diversity Management Proposal that uses the five steps of the decision making process (listed below) for solving a diversity issue within an organization that you have researched or are familiar with.

1. Recognize a problem or opportunity
2. Develop alternative solutions to the problem
3. Evaluate alternatives
4. Select and Implement chosen alternative
5. Follow up to Determine effectiveness of decision.

You will address your proposal to the decision-makers of the company who have the power to implement your solution.

This week for your project, you will need to summarize the problem or opportunity that you have identified. Make sure to include the following in your paper:

• Provide an overview of the organization that you are focusing on.
• Describe the problem facing the organization that's related to diversity.
• Discuss why this is a problem.
• Discuss the impact of this issue on the well-being of their employees.
• What are the potential ramifications if the organization doesn't correct this issue?
• Paper must be a minimum of 2 pages in length. Format according to APA guidelines and include an APA formatted title page.
