Assignment Topic: Servant Leadership as it pertains to Nursing
The Course is: Nursing Leadership and Management
Directions:
1. The first sentence should state the topic you selected. (Servant Leadership)
2. In 2-3 paragraphs, give an overview of your topic. You want to briefly describe an overview of your selected topic including why it is important to nursing and health care.
3. In 1 paragraph, state why you are interested in this topic
4. Conclude with a timeline of how you will research and develop your Project. Be very specific.
5. Be sure you include at least one reference and that the paper is in APA format.
6. Please refer to the Grading Rubric and follow the instructions for each part of the assignment. The professor will be grading your assignment based on the Grading Rubric attached.
Assignment Requirements
The finished Assignment should be 2-3 pages in length, excluding the title page and references. The Assignment should include level 1 headings, and correct in-text citations in APA format. The viewpoint and purpose of this Assignment should be clearly established and sustained.

•display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics; and
•use APA 6th Edition format for organization, style, and crediting sources including:
•12-point, double-spaced, Times New Roman font
•use of in-text citations
•title page and reference page
•use of headings (if applicable).
