Assessment task description (2500 words)

Kouzes and Posner (2012) propose a model for the development of leadership ability. This includes five (5) practices of exemplary leadership (modelling the way, inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, challenging the process and encouraging the heart).

A) Briefly describe an example of leadership from your own experience. Relate each of the five (5) exemplary leadership practices and ten (10) commitments to your example and use Kouzes and Posner (2012) and other literature to support your discussion.
