You may do your presentation ONLY for ONE of the following companies' 2017 Annual report

1. Myer First half 2018 results

Individual Development & Video or Online Presentation to company stakeholders of the annual report of ONE of two companies, details of which will be supplied to you in the lectures to company stakeholders

You have been given the task by your company of preparing and delivering, by yourself, a Video or Online Presentation of the annual report to company stakeholders. Submissions not related to the topic and/or not in the format which will be discussed duiing tutorials will not be accepted.

In this assessment you are required to develop a standalone, self-running PowerPoint Slideshow, Video or Prezi presentation for ONE of the following two companies

1. Myer Holdings First Half 2018 Results
2. AMP annual general meeting 10 May 2018

How is this presentation assessed.
1) You are being judged on two main criteria
a) Your ability to assess the needs of your audience, so think about who you want to persuade. If there are several groups it is up to you to work out the relative importance of each group and what is important to each of those groups
i) Both companies have serious problems, research the financial press to find out what these are
ii) You CANNOT change any of the published financial data
b) Your ability to persuade your audience that the current Board and Management have the strategies, ability and perseverance to turn the situation around

You cannot lie or mislead people, you cannot change any published information to do so would constitute a CRIMINAL offence. It is the words you choose and how you present which will persuade people

As with the group presentation you may use parts of videos, published material etc., provided you cite the sources in your list of slides which you submit with the shareable link to the presentation. Merely top and tailing other people's presentation or just listing the pages from the company's report will constitute a fail.
