to your career. Select the ideal organization and job to which you aspire three to five years from now. Identify the management and leadership skills you think you’ll need to get that job in that organization.
Assess your current skills as a manager and a leader in the context of the management theories covered in the Week 1 textbook reading, electronic reserve readings, and peer-reviewed journals.
Your presentation must be supported by at least two peer-reviewed journals.
Describe how you intend to close the gaps between your current management and leadership
skills and what’s needed for your desired job. You should specifically address:
