As Tenormin & Perindopril interacts with Janumet,which medicine should I take for blood pressure?

Besides above Please clarify an other Point.I was operated for CABG[BYE PASS SURGERY] IN 2002.Then I was takingTenormin & Perindopril for hypertension,&was not taking Diabetic medicines at that time.I retired in 2005&the life became easy.I ultimately left takingTenormin & Perindopril.I got my BP checked a number of times& found normal which observes my BP is normal.

When I get irritation due to some domestic issue my brain balance becomes

abnormal& becomes out of control.At that moment what medicines should I take?
